All supporting documents must be in active status or dated within thirty (30) days of submission of this form. Please visit our website for an overview of the documents required to obtain a Vending Business License. Once your application is received, a licensing specialist will review provide additional instructions. If you have questions, email vending@dc.gov.

Clean Hands Statement: The District Government will not issue or reissue any license or permit if the applicant owes more than $100.00 in outstanding debt to the District of Columbia.
Upload Clean Hands Certificate for the District of Columbia. The certificate should list your organization's name. All certificates must be dated within 30 days of application submission.
Each written statement may not exceed 500 words.
