Request to Trade Vending Lottery Spaces

By submitting this form, you are requesting to trade a lottery space granted to you by the Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection's Vending Division.

Both vendors requesting a trade must complete this form no later than 12:00 p.m. the day prior to the start of the trade.

*Trade requests are no longer accepted by email or phone.

If your trade request is approved you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation that your trade request is approved, you are not authorized to trade lottery spaces.  If you have questions or concerns regarding the trade process, you may contact the Vending Division at vending@dc.gov or (202) 442-4321.
