You may use this form to renew a Vending Business License.

Prior to submitting this form, all supporting documents must be in active status or dated within thirty (30) days of submission of this form.

Upload Clean Hands Certificate for the District of Columbia. If you are a sole proprietor, the certificate should list your name. If you have a corporation, the certificate should list your corporation. All certificates must be dated within 30 days of application submission.

Upload the following documents in support of your Street Vending Amnesty Program Application: 1) A vending site permit for a sidewalk vending location or any other required site permit, 2) A copy of each unpaid citation received and the amount owed for each citation, and 3) Documentation from OTR verifying the amount of delinquent minimum sales tax, interest, and penalties owed to the OTR.
